prev a very important person in our family
next Earlier this morning: We are talking about the VIP ceremony at Jasper's preschool. Felony can't remember what it is, despite having gone to the same preschool for two years. To jog her memory, I sing, "There's a very important person in your family..." Jasper picks up the tune, singing, "A very important person in your family! A very important person! A very important person! That's ... TONY!" With the exaggerated skepticism of a courthouse lawyer, Felony says, "Tony? Who's Tony?" "He's a little guy..." says Jasper. "A 'little guy'?" Felony says, still skeptical. "Yeah," Jasper says matter-of-factly, "he's about my age." I'm not sure why, but this concept sounds hilarious coming from the mouth of someone who turned three less than a month ago. prev archive next 0 comments random |
