Sorry about that last entry. I know my personal bureaucratic difficulties are not interesting to anybody else, but I just had to get it out of my system. I called the insurance company again and they told me they had "re-faxed" the form the psych's office needs to fill out on the 21st and have yet to receive it back. Today is what--the 25th? Okay, sure, there was a weekend in there, but still. Plenty of time to have had it done by now. The prescription was written on the 17th.
