I swore I'd never become the sort of person who posts pictures of their cat on their web site. Is there any promise I haven't broken?

I feel a little guilty, as if I am being ungracious to the memory of my dear departed Daisy, since I never posted a picture of her here. So I'll have to find one. Daisy was quite possibly the great dog love of my life. I can't imagine ever loving a dog more than I loved Daisy. Though I loved Honey very deeply, too. My love for Honey was complicated, though.

Ah, pets.
